Our Product Portfolio
Flexible Packaging
We manufacture a complete range of laminated pouches and roll-form materials designed for strength, freshness, and premium branding.
Our Flexible Packaging includes:
4-Layer Roll Form
4-Layer Roll FormA 4-layer laminate is a high-performance structure
designed for aggressive products or extreme environmental conditions.
It typically includes additional reinforcement, such as a layer of Nylon
(BOPA) for puncture resistance or an extra layer of specialty polymers
to prevent chemical migration. These are used for heavy-duty applications
like liquid packaging (oil or milk), chemicals, or vacuum-packed medical
supplies where the integrity of the seal and the strength of the bag are
paramount.
3-Layer Roll Form
3-Layer Roll FormA 3-layer laminate is the industry standard for medium
to-high barrier applications. It adds a functional middle layer—often
Aluminum Foil or Metallised film (METPET)—between the printing and
sealant layers. This middle layer acts as a powerful shield against light,
oxygen, and moisture. You’ll commonly see this used for tea, coffee,
spices, and “deep-freeze” applications where preserving aroma and
preventing oxidation is critical.
2-Layer Roll Form
2-Layer Roll FormA 2-layer laminate is the most basic and cost-effective
structure, typically consisting of an outer printing layer (like PET or BOPP)
and an inner sealant layer (like PE or CPP). This structure is ideal for
products with a short shelf life or those that don’t require high moisture
or oxygen barriers, such as dry snacks, pulses, or secondary over-wraps.
It provides basic protection and a high-gloss surface for branding.
Stand-up Pouches
A *Stand-Up Pouch* is a flexible pouch with a **bottom gusset*
(a folded base) that expands when filled. This structure allows the pouch to stand
vertically on a shelf on its own, unlike a flat pouch. It combines the shelf presence of
a bottle or box with the cost and space savings of flexible packaging.
Zipper Pouches
Zipper pouches are a staple of modern flexible packaging, designed
specifically to enhance consumer convenience through re-closability.
Typically configured as stand-up pouches (SUP), they feature a plastic
track—the zipper—integrated near the top seal that allows the bag to
be opened and airtightly resealed multiple times. This functionality is
crucial for maintaining the freshness of multi-serve products like dry
fruits, snacks, and pet food, as it protects the contents from moisture and
environmental exposure after the initial opening.Beyond freshness, zipper
pouches offer a premium feel and reduce the need for consumers to
transfer products into secondary containers.
3-Side Seal
A 3 Side Seal Pouch is a flat, flexible bag that is pre-sealed on three sides
and left open on one end for filling. It is a cost-effective, packaging solution
widely used for packed foods single-serve pharmaceuticals, and flat retail items, though it cannot stand up on its own like a Standup pouch.
Central Seal
A central seal pouch, also known as a back-seal or T-seal pouch, is one
of the most common formats in the flexible packaging industry, particularly
for high-speed snack and confectionery lines. It is formed from a single
web of film that is wrapped into a tube and sealed vertically down the
center of the back, with horizontal seals at the top and bottom. This
construction creates a “pillow” shape that allows for high-volume filling
and excellent bursting strength, making it ideal for products like potato
chips, biscuits, and small sachets.Because the seal is located on the back,
the front of the pouch provides a continuous, uninterrupted surface for
branding and graphics, which is essential for shelf appeal. While these
pouches typically do not stand upright on their own, they are incredibly
cost-effective and compatible with Vertical Form Fill Seal (VFFS)
machinery, allowing for massive production speeds. For added
convenience, they are often designed with a “fin seal” or “lap seal”
depending on the material layers and barrier requirements used.
6-Side Seal
A S i x s i d e s e a l p o u c h o r a s i d e – g u s s e t e d b a g ,features an extra dimension—depth. By incorporating sidegusset, the pouch expands when filled, creating a sturdy base that allowsit to stand vertically on shelves. This “3D” geometry significantly increasesthe internal volume compared to 2D pouches of the same height andwidth. They are highly favored for premium retail products like coffee,dried fruits, and detergents because they offer better shelf presenceand often include re-closable zippers.
2D & 3D Pouches
A 3d Pouch, often referred to as a box pouch or flat-bottom
pouch, is a premium “3D” packaging format that offers maximum stability
and shelf impact. By sealing all four vertical edges as well as the top and
bottom, the pouch forms a sturdy, brick-like structure that mimics the
shape of a box but with the material efficiency of flexible film. This
design provides five distinct panels (front, back, two sides, and bottom)
for high-impact branding and nutritional information, making it a top
choice for high-end products like pet food, premium coffee, and specialty
grains. Because of its reinforced edges and flat base, the six-side seal
pouch remains upright even when the product inside is nearly finished,
preventing the “slumping” often seen with standard stand-up pouches.
This structural integrity combined with its high volume-to-surface-area
ratio makes it one of the most sophisticated and space-efficient options
in modern flexible packaging.
D-Cut Pouch
A D-cut pouch is a popular and versatile packaging solution, widely used
in the flexible packaging industry for retail products like snacks, stationery,
and small garments. Named after the “D” shaped handle punched into
the top portion of the pouch, it provides a convenient carrying grip for
consumers without the need for additional plastic handles. These
pouches are typically made from multi-layer laminates to provide
excellent barrier properties against moisture and oxygen, ensuring
the contents remain fresh
Registered Window Pouch
A Strip and Register Window Pouch refers to two distinct methods used
in flexible packaging (like stand-up pouches for coffee, snacks, or pet food)to create a transparent viewing area that lets customers see
the product inside.
Vacuum Pouch
A Vacuum Pouch is heavy-duty, multi-layered plastic bag designed to
be completely airtight. It’s basic function is it allows a machine to suck all theair out before sealing, creating a vacuum environment. It benefit by
removing oxygen, it stops bacteria and mold, keeping food fresh 3–5
times longer and preventing freezer burn.
